Long Ruffled Bottom Maxi Skirt made from  ITY (Interlock Twisted Yarn) knit has a non-roll elastic pull-on waistband.    This fabric has 4 way stretch and  is very soft,  lightweight, flowing,  comfortable, wrinkle  resistant , breathable and has beautiful drape.  The ruffle forms a small slit off center to just below the knee for ease of movement.
